ServiceNow in Dublin is seeking a highly driven Commercial Growth AE to expand into new accounts and drive value realization of the NOW Platform. You will prospect strategically, manage opportunities with mid-market and commercial accounts, and work with Sales Specialists and Solution Consultants to exceed quota.

The role demands a proven track record in B2B sales, strong communication, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or lead follow-up for new business.
• Proven ability to sell enterprise-class solutions via telephone and video conferences.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and long, complex cycles.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
• Manage opportunities and relationships with key contacts in Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial accounts.
• Develop understanding of customer drivers and map ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
• Prospect within strategic verticals to build pipeline and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and partners to progress deals.
