Job summary

ServiceNow in Dublin is seeking a highly driven Commercial AE to join our expanding Commercial Sales team. The Senior Commercial AE will prospect new accounts, expand usage in existing customers, and ensure customers derive value from the NOW Platform.

You will collaborate with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and more to exceed quota. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of full sales cycle software sales, experience with enterprise-class solutions via phone and video, and

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or new business sales with a proven track record.
• 1–3+ years of full sales cycle experience in software or solutions sales.
• Experience selling enterprise-class solutions via telephone and video conferencing.
• Strong understanding of the sales process for complex sales cycles.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure management tools is a plus.
• Excellent presentation, listening, and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
• Reliable with deadlines and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Manage sales opportunities and relationships with key contacts within target accounts.
• Understand business drivers and map ServiceNow solutions to needs.
• Prospect within key verticals to develop new opportunities and pipeline.
• Follow Value Selling to win new business and renewals.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Partners, etc.
• Provide forecasting and territory/account plans to management.
• Track KPI metrics such as pipeline, ACV bookings, renewal rates.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to team projects.
• Occasional travel for training and meetings.
