Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a highly driven Commercial Account Executive to join our expanding Commercial Sales team. You will prospect into new accounts, expand usage within existing customers, and ensure ongoing value from the NOW Platform.

The role requires a track record in enterprise software sales and the ability to navigate complex cycles. You will collaborate with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales, and other teams to exceed quota and build the future of ServiceNow sales

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes or decision making.
• Proven track record in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling or new business sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Manage opportunities and relationships with contacts in Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
• Understand business drivers and map ServiceNow solutions to client pain points.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and other teams to drive deals.
• Provide timely forecasts, territory plans and account plans.
