Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a highly driven Commercial Growth AE in Dublin to prospect new accounts, drive expansion in existing customers, and ensure customers realize value from the NOW Platform.

You will leverage AI-enabled insights and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while collaborating with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and Partners to win new business and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or new business sales.
• Experience selling enterprise class solutions via phone and video.
• Understanding of complex sales cycles and business drivers.
• Ability to map solutions to customer needs.
• Familiarity with AI integration in workflows or decision-making.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Manage opportunities and relationships across Small to Commercial accounts.
• Understand client business drivers and map NOW Platform solutions.
• Prospect within key verticals to build pipeline and opportunities.
• Follow Value Selling to win new business and renewals.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and Partners.
• Deliver forecasting, territory and account plans to management.
• Drive KPIs: new meetings, pipeline, ACV bookings, renewals.
• Occasional travel for training and meetings may be required.
