Job summary

Asana is seeking an Account Executive for the Benelux region, based in our Dublin office with a hybrid schedule. You will deepen relationships with key decision-makers, understand evolving needs, and craft value-driven plans to grow partnerships and revenue.

You will collaborate with SDRs, Field Marketing and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing multi-threaded sales processes across the Enterprise SaaS space.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch; deep Benelux market experience.
• 4+ years selling to Enterprise SaaS, 8+ years closing.
• Proficiency with MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
• Proven track record of closing high-quota enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex account landscapes and leverage data to optimize solutions.
• Drive revenue with negotiation and data-driven insights for long-term partnerships.
• Partner with SDRs, Field Marketing and Customer Success to deliver value.
