Job summary

Asana in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive for the Benelux region. You will deepen relationships with key decision-makers, craft value-driven plans, and broaden partnerships across enterprise SaaS to unlock long-term growth.

Based in our Dublin office with a hybrid schedule, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales to close complex deals. The OTE ranges from €128,000 to €162,000 with a base of €70,400–€89,100, plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch or near-native level for Benelux market.
• Minimum 4+ years selling into Enterprise; 8+ years closing.
• Strong mastery of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
• Proven ability to close deals with high quota attainment in Enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex account landscapes and identify new use cases.
• Anticipate roadblocks and craft win‑win solutions for stakeholders.
• Drive revenue via negotiation and data‑driven insights.
• Partner with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives and end-users.
• Deepen usage of the work graph to deliver scalable value.
