Salesforce is hiring an Account Executive to own end-to-end sales for the Netherlands in a hybrid Dublin-based role. You will drive new business, expansion, and align Salesforce AI and Data solutions with customer goals across the Benelux SMB market, including the Netherlands and Belgium.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage a consultative approach to close complex deals while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven quota-carrying direct sales experience in technology solutions.
• Create territory and account plans to hit sales objectives.
• Uncover a prospect's processes, challenges and goals to tailor value.
• Demonstrate compelling value propositions addressing customer needs.
• Communicate clearly across writing, speaking, presentations and tools.
• Leverage resources to drive results and support deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to win and drive customer success.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales in the Netherlands market, managing complex deals.
• Drive new business and expansion with a focus on quota attainment.
• Utilise consultative selling to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions with customer goals.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers through digital and in-person engagement.
• Collaborate with BDR, pre-sales and marketing to optimize the Dutch funnel.
