Okta Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our Dublin-based team.

The role focuses on Dutch-speaking markets and involves prospecting, building target account lists, and initiating conversations with senior executives to drive qualified opportunities. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, aim to meet monthly quotas, and represent Okta’s cloud security solutions in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in prospecting and hitting sales targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency or strong proficiency in Dutch preferred.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• Help create and prioritize target account lists within a defined territory.
• Research and build new/existing accounts (contacts, emails, calls).
• Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
