Okta Ireland is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to generate demand for cloud security solutions. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to create qualified leads, set meetings, and open new deal opportunities.

You’ll need proven prospecting experience, strong communication, and a passion for Tech/SaaS. The role blends hybrid work with in-person onboarding and offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Previous prospecting experience.
• Experience working to sales targets, KPIs or under time pressure is a plus.
• Salesforce.com experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to understand customer needs and drive product sales.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for Tech/SaaS industry.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Uncover and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
• Research and build new and existing accounts (adding contacts, emails, strategic calling).
• Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelize Okta and the On-Demand mode.
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
