Job summary

Okta Inc. is seeking energetic Sales Development Representatives to drive demand for our cloud Security solutions. You will partner with Account Executives and Marketing to generate qualified leads, set meetings, and create new deal opportunities.

You will identify prospects, build target account lists, and engage Senior Executives to evangelize Okta. Remain highly motivated, meet monthly quotas, and contribute to a fast-paced sales team in a remote-friendly role.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience working toward sales targets or KPIs is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
• Understanding customer needs and closing product sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand and generate qualified sales leads for cloud security solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to set meetings and create new deal opportunities.
• Develop strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
• Research and build new and existing accounts (contacts, emails, strategic calling).
• Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
• Meet monthly quotas for opportunities and closed deals.
