Red Sift in Dublin is seeking an SDR to fuel growth in our largest market. You will book meetings with target accounts using phone, email, and LinkedIn, with support from an AI backend system. The role is based in our Masonry Building, with in-office attendance 4+ days a week to learn and collaborate.

We value grit, drive, and coachability. Expect 80 dials a day and outreach to 20 new clients daily, plus travel to events.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years professional experience in SDR or similar is a plus.
• Experience booking meetings with target accounts preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
• Coachable with a growth mindset and resilient under pressure.
