CEDX Systems is seeking an Outbound Phone SDR (Native English) to put CEDX in front of the right buyers. This fully remote role in Dublin, Ireland offers verified pipeline, sharp collateral, and room to grow alongside senior operators.

You will book Zoom demos, qualify leads quickly, and maintain CRM hygiene while contributing to a fast-growing AI-focused company. Equity and location-appropriate benefits are included.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level English with clear, native-level communication.
• 1+ year of phone-based outbound work or strong customer-facing experience.
• Disciplined CRM hygiene and time-management.

Aufgaben

• Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to verified, pre-qualified leads.
• Open conversations with a clear, native-level English accent and tone.
• Qualify leads in the first 90 seconds for problem fit, authority, and urgency.
• Book 30-minute Zoom demos for Sales Closers.
• Log every call outcome in the CRM within the hour; no end-of-day catch-up.
• Hit a weekly target of qualified meetings booked and maintain show-rate.
