Job summary

Rippling in Dublin is seeking an Outbound SDR/BDR to own high-velocity top-of-funnel qualification. This role is based in our Dublin office and requires on-site presence three days a week, with relocation support for candidates moving to Ireland.

As part of the team you will become a product expert across the Rippling platform, craft strategic outbound messaging, partner with marketing, and help build pipelines alongside Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.
• Fluent in English & Polish to a native level.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand our competitor landscape.
• Outbound with strategic and thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects.
• Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
