Qualifications

• Recruitment experience within an in-house or agency environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, expectations and recruitment timelines effectively.
• Experience with attraction strategies, social media recruitment and talent pooling.
• Strong interviewing and selection skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Experience using recruitment systems, reporting tools and data to drive decisions.
• A keen interest in digital recruitment trends and innovative sourcing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, People Partners and stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, including screening, interview preparation, feedback and offer management.
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and the candidate journey.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to provide recruitment insights, solutions and best practice.
• Act as a Boots brand ambassador across social media and external networks.
• Share market intelligence and recruitment trends to support informed hiring decisions.
