Job summary

Approach People Recruitment in Dublin’s Blackrock office is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team by the sea just outside Dublin. You will search for top talent daily and build real connections with candidates through calls and video chats.

You will work closely with our senior consultants to master the craft of international recruitment and manage end-to-end projects, with a clear path to an International Recruitment Consultant role.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required; Spanish or German one of these is required.
• Some recruiting experience or willingness to take first steps in recruitment.
• Interest in international recruitment and working with clients abroad.

Responsibilities

• Source with method and creativity across networks and databases to hunt top profiles.
• Read between the lines to spot potential when not all boxes are checked.
• Build real connections via phone and video calls to understand ambitions and pitch roles.
• Learn the secrets of international recruitment with senior consultants.
