Job summary

Boots Ireland is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join the Resourcing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Dublin. The role involves 37.5 hours per week at the Citywest Support Office, delivering a high-quality end-to-end recruitment service and partnering with hiring managers to meet current and future needs.

You will screen candidates, manage interviews and offers, and continuously improve recruitment processes while acting as a Boots brand ambassador across social media and networks.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in-house or agency, end-to-end hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, expectations and recruitment timelines.
• Experience with attraction strategies, social media recruitment and talent pooling.
• Strong interviewing and selection skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Experience using recruitment systems, reporting tools and data to drive decisions.
• A keen interest in digital recruitment trends and innovative sourcing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, People Partners and stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience, including screening, interview preparation, feedback and offer management.
• Driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes and the candidate journey.
• Collaborating with HR and business teams to provide recruitment insights, solutions and best practice.
• Acting as a Boots brand ambassador across social media and external networks.
• Sharing market intelligence and recruitment trends to support informed hiring decisions.
