Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team to identify, screen and hire qualified candidates for the Global Business Organisation (GBO). This hybrid role is based in Dublin and focuses on passive candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruiting, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements with a metrics-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch, German, Portuguese or French.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting cycle, including passive outreach, from end to end for the Global Business Organisation.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide consultative guidance and subject-matter expertise, helping them identify and engage top talent to reflect the needs of the business.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to find the best employees for our company.
• Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process.
• Proactively recruit passive talent to join the LinkedIn business.
• Utilize the world’s best recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before.
• Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress.
• Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our “members first” company value.
• Partner with stakeholders on client meetings and candidate events
