Job summary

Boots Ireland in Dublin is seeking a recruitment specialist to support our stores and business functions, delivering efficient end-to-end recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers, provide expert guidance, and act as Boots ambassador on social networks.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience within an in-house or agency environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, expectations and recruitment timelines effectively.
• Experience with attraction strategies, social media recruitment and talent pooling.
• Strong interviewing and selection skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Experience using recruitment systems, reporting tools and data to drive decisions.
• A keen interest in digital recruitment trends and innovative sourcing approaches.

Responsibilities
