Job summary

Atrium EMEA is seeking an accomplished Deskside Support Engineer to work onsite for a Dublin client. You will provide technical support for users onsite, including incident and request management, ensuring technical resolution through use of administrative tools. This is a fully onsite role, 5 days a week, in Dublin.

• Several years experience in technical and customer-support required.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on IT problems onsite.
• Provide high level support to a specific group of customers onsite in the Dublin office.
• Collaborates with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer-specific operations.
• You will be on site 5 days a week and support is focused on incident and request management.
