Responsibilities

• Advising corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and growth companies on complex domestic and international M&A transactions.
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing core corporate and commercial documentation.
• Managing transaction execution, legal due diligence processes, and corporate reorganisations.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
