This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value domestic and international corporate transactions across a variety of industry sectors, advising an impressive client base of leading Irish and multinational companies.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of corporate transactions from inception through to completion. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, advising clients on complex corporate matters, managing due diligence processes, coordinating deal execution, and supporting the development of junior associates and trainees within the team.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 1+ year PQE gained within a strong commercial law firm, with demonstrable experience in Corporate/M&A matters. They will be ambitious, commercially minded, possess a strong work ethic, and have a genuine passion for corporate transactional work.
