Elis is a leading international provider of textile, hygiene, and facility services, seeking a Business Sales Executive to grow our Dublin presence. This field-based role requires travel across Dublin and a proven sales background to build relationships with procurement, facilities, and healthcare professionals.

The role carries a 39-hour work week and a base salary of €36,605 per annum, with a company vehicle and mobile/laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales, business development or account management role.
• Experience working with multiple sectors and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in public sector procurement and tender submission desirable.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and travel within Dublin.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across Dublin.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, senior management and facilities teams.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through to contract award.
• Monitor procurement opportunities, tenders and frameworks.
• Prepare tender submissions and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue and margin targets.
