Job summary

ELIS PEST CONTROL in Ireland is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to generate new business, manage client relationships, and drive growth within the Dublin region. This field-based role reports to the Commercial Manager and offers a comprehensive package including a company vehicle and ongoing training.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated mindset, with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets / KPIs.
• Strong account management and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Dublin.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Deliver professional and tailored sales presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
