Job summary

Elis Ireland is seeking an experienced Business Sales Executive to develop and grow our presence in Dublin. This field-based role requires building a strong sales pipeline and travelling across Dublin to engage with key decision-makers.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award, cultivate relationships with procurement teams and senior facilities professionals, and help achieve revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales, business development or account management role.
• Experience working with multiple sector buyers and public sector familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across Dublin.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement and facilities teams.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and contract award.
• Monitor procurement opportunities, tenders and frameworks.
• Prepare tender and procurement submissions with internal teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue and margin targets.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Salesperson to develop and grow our business presence in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a proven sales background.

This is a field based role and requires business travel throughout Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across Dublin.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement teams, senior management, facilities teams and healthcare professionals.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and contract award.
• Monitor upcoming procurement opportunities, tenders and frameworks.
• Prepare and coordinate tender and procurement submissions, working with internal teams where required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue and margin targets.

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven experience in a sales, business development or account management role.
• Experience working within, selling to, or dealing with multiple sector.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation through to closing.
• Experience in public sector or government procurement and tender preparation and submission is desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers at all levels.
• Self-motivated, commercially aware and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel
• Full driving licence.
