The successful candidate will have a proven sales background. This is a field based role and requires business travel throughout Dublin.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a strong sales pipeline across Dublin.Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement teams, senior management, facilities teams and healthcare professionals. Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through to negotiation and contract award.Monitor upcoming procurement opportunities, tenders and frameworks.Prepare and coordinate tender and procurement submissions, working with internal teams where required.Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports.Achieve agreed sales, revenue and margin targets.Knowledge & SkillsProven experience in a sales, business development or account management role.Experience working within, selling to, or dealing with multiple sector.Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation through to closing.Experience in public sector or government procurement and tender preparation and submission is desirableExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to develop relationships with customers at all levels.Self-motivated, commercially aware and able to work independently.Willingness to travel Full driving licence.Hours: 39 hours per weekSalary: €36,605 per annum
