Europcar Mobility Group in Dublin is seeking a Returns Agent at Dublin Airport to deliver world-class customer service during the rental cycle. You will handle vehicle returns and assist customers in car parks, reporting to the Airport Manager.

The role involves early starts, a flexible 5/7 roster between 5am and 1am, and requiring a full, valid, clean B driving licence. Training will be provided and opportunities for career progression are highlighted.

Competenze

Full, valid, clean B driving licence.
Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility in working hours, including day, evening and weekend shifts.

Mansioni

Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
Maintain high standards of customer service and damage reporting; achieve KPIs.
Complete all administration according to procedures.
Process workshop vehicles as required.
Ensure vehicles due for service are set aside for maintenance.
Communicate with fleet supervisors and damages department regarding vehicle status.
Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines and health and safety requirements.
Take on ad hoc duties as needed.
