Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Returns Agent at Dublin Airport to provide world-class customer service during the rental cycle. The role covers vehicle check-in/out, administration, and collaboration with fleet and damages teams, within a 5am–1am roster across 5/7 days.

You must hold a full, valid B driving licence and be comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and face to face interpersonal skills.
• Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicle promptly.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and damage control; achieve KPIs.
• Complete all administration accurately according to procedures.
• Process workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
• Ensure due-service or repair cars are sent for maintenance, as needed.
• Communicate with fleet supervisors about vehicle standards and damages.
