Zusammenfassung

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Returns Agent at Dublin Airport to deliver world-class customer service as vehicles are collected and returned. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supporting fleet operations and ensuring vehicles meet service standards.

The role requires a full clean B driving licence (min 2 years), strong communication skills, and availability for varied shifts including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifikationen

• Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).

Aufgaben

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicle promptly.
• Maintain high standards of service and damage control; achieve KPIs.
• Complete all administration accurately according to procedures.
• Coordinate with fleet and damages teams regarding vehicle status and issues.
