Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group at Dublin Airport is seeking a Returns Agent to deliver world-class customer service throughout the rental journey. You will operate in our busy car parks and assist customers at check-in and check-out.

This is a shift role with early starts and a 5/7 roster, requiring a full, clean B licence and the ability to stay flexible across days, evenings, and weekends. Join a team focused on service excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Excellent communication and face to face interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including day/evening/weekends; shifts vary.
• Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training provided).
• Passion for service and a level headed approach to daily challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
• Ensure continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of KPIs.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
• Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
• Ensure cars due service or repair are sent aside for maintenance.
• Communicate with fleet supervisors to ensure cars meet company standards.
• Communicate with damages department regarding new damage queries.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Responsible for own health and safety and that of other colleagues.
• Ad hoc duties in line with business needs.
