Job summary

GOAL is seeking a Donor Care and Campaigns Officer to join its Individual Giving team in Ireland. You will own donor-facing administration and ensure accurate records in GOAL's CRM while supporting campaigns and events.

You will manage donor inquiries, process contributions, maintain data quality, and help draft SOPs for the department, contributing to growth of the donor base and a high-quality supporter experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally donor-facing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and ownership of processes.
• Interest in donor relationships and non-profit fundraising.
• Experience with CRM databases and/or accounting systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for supporter queries.
• Manage inbound supporter and donor communications and provide information on campaigns.
• Process manual credit card transactions and tax forms as needed.
• Ensure accurate donor data in GOAL's CRM and manage GDPR aspects.
• Draft and obtain approval of SOPs/P&Ps for the department.
• Support the Individual Giving Manager and wider fundraising team with admin tasks.
• Collaborate with the Donations Officer to ensure consistency in donation processing.
