Job summary

GOAL is seeking a Donor Care and Campaigns Officer to deliver high-quality support to Individual Giving donors. Based within the Fundraising team, you will own donor-facing administration, communications, and CRM records, while supporting broader fundraising campaigns.

You will act as the first point of contact for supporters, manage inquiries, process donations, and ensure accurate data management and compliant GDPR practices across activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role with a customer/donor-facing background.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of processes end-to-end.
• Interest in donor relationships and non-profit fundraising.
• Experience with CRM databases and/or accounting systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for supporter queries.
• Manage inbound supporter and donor calls and emails across inboxes; process donations and provide campaign information.
• Handle returned and undeliverable communications and ownership of acknowledgement communications.
• Provide donor care support for GOAL fundraising campaigns and wider department.
• Process CHY forms as needed and ensure CRM data accuracy.
• Maintain GDPR compliance and manage donor data cleansing and preparation.
