Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Document Controller for a maternity cover role (10 months) to manage the project Documentation Management System and Digital Field Tool. You will implement the Information Management (IM) strategy and train project teams and end users in line with DPD procedures and ISO 19650 standards.

You will validate incoming/outgoing documentation, control classifications, and ensure proper distribution and retrieval.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.

Responsibilities

• Validate and curate project documentation per DPD procedures.
• Maintain central site files, registers and BCAR/operational files.
• Configure change control processes within the CDE and produce distribution matrices.
