Job summary

Sisk is recruiting for a Document Controller in Ireland to manage the project Document Management System and Digital Field Tool, ensuring DPD procedures are followed and ISO standards are met. The role includes training project teams, maintaining documentation controls, and supporting continuous improvement across information workflows.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams on major projects, ensuring accurate filing, classification and distribution while supporting change control within

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ISO 19650, BS 1192 and PAS 1192 standards.
• Experience configuring Field View (FV), Dalux or similar tools.
• Ability and willingness to train and mentor others on DPD protocols and IM standards.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: validate, classify, verify, register and distribute project documentation; maintain central site files and registers; manage change control within the CDE; prepare distribution matrices and workflows; attend project meetings.
• Continuous Improvement: identify waste reduction opportunities; cover duties of other Document Controllers as needed; support ISM in maintaining DPD compliance.
• Training & Support: host training for new VFP/FV users; be main support contact for project teams and partners; assist in naming protocols and workflows; provide ongoing guidance on DPD adherence.
