Job summary

Challenger Recruitment Specialists in Dublin seeks an ambitious funds professional to assume the Designated Person – Distribution (PCF-39E) role within an Irish regulated platform. You will lead distribution oversight, governance, and regulatory compliance, working with the CEO and senior management.

This role offers broad exposure to UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID, and cross-border activities, with opportunity for Board-level involvement as the Irish business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution oversight, distributor due diligence, governance, policies, procedures or regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and enhance the distribution oversight framework in line with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee delegated distribution activities and conduct due diligence on distributors and delegates.
• Collaborate with investment managers on distribution strategies and target markets.
• Prepare Board reporting and governance documentation related to distribution activity.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies and controls.
