Job summary

PGIM Ireland, Dublin-based, seeks an experienced professional to hold the role of Designated Person for Fund Risk (PCF-39C). You will ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and oversee day-to-day fund risk management within the UCITS and AIF frameworks.

Reporting to Board and senior management, you will produce monthly and quarterly risk reports, lead a small team, and collaborate with Operational Risk and Investment Management functions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investment risk management and regulatory oversight.
• Strong understanding of fund risk, CP86, UCITS and AIFMD frameworks.
• Ability to lead a small team and communicate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective framework for fund risk oversight under CP86.
• Oversee day‑to‑day fund risk management for UCITS, AIFMD and IPM mandates.
• Provide monthly/quarterly fund risk monitoring and reporting to Board.
• Escalate material issues and coordinate with risk and investment teams.
