Job summary

Alternatives is expanding its Marketing team and seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive activity across Ireland and international markets. You will contribute to campaigns, content, events and agency management, aligning with business objectives and brand standards.

The role reports to the Marketing Manager and requires at least three years in marketing, strong digital skills (SEO, SEM, social, analytics) and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• At least three years' experience in a marketing role with a track record of delivering campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of marketing plans across Ireland and other markets, aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, social, email, paid media, events, content and traditional channels.
• Manage website updates and enhancements, working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Use CRM, email marketing, analytics, marketing automation and AI-enabled tools to improve campaign delivery and performance.
• Monitor campaign results, report on performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Brief and coordinate agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across materials and channels.
• Create and refine content for websites, campaigns, social media and other communications.
• Coordinate webinars and events, including targeting, logistics and reporting.
• Ensure activity follows internal approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing developments and web best practices.
