Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Advertising Sales Rep in Dublin to help clients achieve their marketing objectives through digital advertising solutions. This consultative role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying business needs, and recommending tailored advertising strategies that maximise ROI.

You will become a subject matter expert on Accenture's digital advertising products, deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations, and pursue opportunities to grow accounts

Qualifications

• C2/native-level Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2 years of work experience in digital media sales, b2b sales, tech account management
• Experience in digital or social media sales
• Experience in marketing or in a role making recommendations to marketers
• Knowledge of how Internet advertising technology works and ability to explain it clearly
• Proven communication across multiple channels (e.g. virtual meetings, phone and email)
• Experience building relationships with top marketing decision makers
• Proven ability to activate and retain new business
• Proven ability to manage a sizable volume of clients/accounts
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Proven ability to navigate change

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate industry and customer business understanding
• Focus on selling to businesses with mid-level consultative sales
• Uncover customer business needs and align digital advertising solutions to objectives
• Identify customer objectives and marketing KPIs
• Understand sales pipeline and track client campaign ROI
• Become subject matter expert on digital advertising products and features
• Deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations
• Provide customer feedback and product learnings to the organization
• Monitor active client campaigns and provide timely enhancement recommendations
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Identify and recommend upsell opportunities
