Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Drogheda is seeking a proactive Store Leader to drive exceptional customer experience and mentor the team. You will partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, product expertise, and day-to-day operations to keep the store running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, strong people skills, and a passion for coaching others. You will work evenings and weekends to support busy trading hours while representing a luxury brand.

Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Store Manager, and connect with customers (whether they're chatty or more reserved).

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
