• Strong product knowledge to answer complex questions.
• Experience delivering a Feel Good Experience in luxury retail.
• Coaching and developing a retail team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies and store plans.
• Handle complex customer questions and demonstrate products as a pro.
• Own the operations side: rota management, inventory, cash handling and back-office work.
• Develop the team, coach growth and turn sales into a game everyone enjoys.
• Be a polished brand ambassador reflecting luxury boutique standards.
