Job summary

emplify GmbH in Drogheda is seeking an energetic retail professional to join Rituals as a store leader, coaching the team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll work with the Store Manager on rota planning, inventory, and driving sales while ensuring a polished brand presence during opening hours, evenings, and weekends.

Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Store Manager, and connect with customers (whether they're chatty or more reserved).

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
