Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Drogheda seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example and mentor the team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager on rostas and sales strategies, act as the product expert, handle store operations and inventory, and coach staff to convert conversations into purchases.

You should be passionate about beauty and wellbeing, adaptable, and able to work evenings and weekends as required by store hours, delivering a premium

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Willingness to coach and mentor team members.
• Comfort with rota planning and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on rota planning and sales strategies.
• Be the product expert and demonstrate products to customers.
• Own inventory management, cash handling and back-office tasks.
• Develop the team and drive targets in a fun, engaging way.

Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
