Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Killarney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional Feel Good Experience for every customer.

You will partner with the Counter Manager on rota planning, sales strategies and ensuring all brand standards are reflected in every counter and interaction. The role includes inventory, cash handling and back-office tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Desire to work in department store environment and connect with teams.
• Results-driven with ability to turn conversations into purchases.
• Strong people skills and adaptability to different personalities.
• Available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

Bring all of you

Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

Can't imagine being behind a desk all day. You get a genuine kick out of retail, and you'd love to work in a department store environment, connecting with different teams and stakeholders.

Are results driven, always looking for your next win and you naturally turn conversations into purchases.

Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities. You know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Counter Manager, and you're not afraid to approach customers and introduce them to Rituals.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
