Sunflower Bakery in Limerick is seeking a dedicated Baker to run our deck oven, produce baguettes, and decorate a variety of pastries. The role requires physical strength and a willingness to work early mornings. Training will be provided and relocation assistance is available for EU workers.

The position is full-time, permanent, with 4 days per week (4:00-14:00) and the option for a fifth day. Good English is essential and yearly pay raises are included in the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry or bread production preferred.
• Training will be provided.
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Baking sourdough in a deck oven.
• Baguette production.
• Pastry decorating.
• Eclair production and other pastry production.
• Prep work for production lines.
• Keep the production space clean and tidy.
• Leave the workspace clean for the day shift.
