Roundstone Bakehouse invites a talented, experienced baker to join our production team in Ireland. You will work with recipes, manage dough fermentation and sourdough cultures, and help maintain production schedules with a strong eye for quality and hygiene.

The ideal candidate has four years of fast-paced baking experience, a passion for bread, a willingness to learn, and a team‑oriented, can‑do attitude. We value reliability and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare dough for various breads using scales and recipe sheets.
• Control dough fermentation, shape products, and part-bake as required.
• Maintain sourdough culture and refresh for production.
• Meet production schedule with minimal supervision.
• Complete production records including waste, temperature, and quality tracking.
• Maintain hygiene and orderliness of equipment, supplies and area.
• Handle all food items in line with HACCP training.
