Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the DACH market based in our Dublin hub. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, balancing new business prospecting with expansion within existing accounts, selling the Salesforce platform and its AI-driven solutions.

You will operate in a hybrid role in Dublin with relocation assistance, fluent German and English required, and you will collaborate across BDR, pre-sales, and marketing to accelerate the funnel.

Qualifications

• Full-Cycle Sales: quota-carrying, tech/SaaS sales experience from prospecting to close.
• Territory & Account Planning: identify, qualify, and close opportunities.
• Research & Discovery: uncover business challenges, processes, and goals.
• Solutioning: craft value propositions mapping to customer needs.
