Job summary

SportsKey is building a brilliant Customer Success team in Ireland. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the full lifecycle for a dedicated book of business, from onboarding new customers to driving adoption and renewals.

You will be the primary contact, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring customers continuously realise value from the platform. This role focuses on growth opportunities and customer advocacy within a fast-growing sports tech company.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and strong listening skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and organised with a track record of owning outcomes.
• Experience in customer success or similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers with structure to set them up for long-term success.
• Drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Own renewals end-to-end with accurate forecasting and risk management.
• Act as the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap and improve service.
• Contribute to support channels to maintain high customer experience.
