Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a Manager of Customer Success Management in Ireland to lead a high-performing CSM team within the EMEA sales division.

The role combines hands-on sales management with strategic oversight of renewals, expansions and customer health across cloud-based cybersecurity solutions. The position offers hybrid work for Cork-area residents or fully remote options for those outside commuting distance, with travel to 고객 meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales (upselling/expansion) with IAM or cybersecurity exposure.
• 3+ years of proven full cycle sales leadership, team lead or management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing CRM-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Customer Success Managers focused on renewals, expansions and upsells.
• Drive revenue retention through an efficient renewal engine.
• Generate incremental bookings from subscription expansion and upsell of add-on products.
• Partner with Sales to develop strategies and goals to improve product penetration and footprint within existing accounts.
• Monitor client health and ensure successful onboarding and ongoing success.
