Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, organised and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate and timely information. You will build positive customer relationships while working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a professional, customer-focused approach. You will be confident dealing with customers, able to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
  • Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
  • Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Process customer orders, requests and information accurately
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, personable and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a positive approach.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or similar experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • A flexible, reliable and proactive approach
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications & Experience
