Job summary

SGS is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to represent our client within a Government Services role in Ballybrit Industrial Estate, Galway. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30, with a rate of €14.30 per hour.

The role involves handling SPSV-related calls, bookings, and payments in a secure CRM environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, and good PC proficiency.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate and/or FETAC 5 skills certificate.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Irish speaker is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information, support, or guidance.
• Follow approved scripts, SOPs, and Data Protection guidelines at all times.
• Accurately update customer records and input data into internal systems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and courteous service.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to support efficient issue resolution.
