Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable hire solutions and products.
• Support branch sales growth and contribute toward team targets.
• Process hire and sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Support stock management and ensure equipment availability.
• Conduct equipment inspections and safety checks before and after hire.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient branch environment.
